The general terms and conditions of sale form an integral part of any contract concluded between our company and our customers.
The sale of wine to minors is strictly forbidden. By placing an order, you certify that you are over 18 years of age.
2. Data protection
The personal data you send us will be stored solely in our database. It will be used to process your order and to organise any promotions. Addresses will not be communicated or passed on to third parties. The personal data of purchasers will only be used within the framework defined by federal data protection laws.
3. Prices
The prices in force are those shown on the www.domaine-z.ch website. They are net, in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.
4. Terms of payment
Payment for your order may be made by the following methods:
– by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
– by Twint
For payment against invoice, Domaine Z reserves the right to examine a customer’s solvency and, in certain cases, to request partial or total payment before delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees to such a credit check.
The goods remain the property of Domaine Z until they have been paid for in full. We reserve the right to charge reminder fees and any costs incurred in collecting invoices through debt collection agencies or legal channels.
5. Terms of delivery
All orders placed on www.domaine-z.ch are limited to Swiss territory only.
Goods will be dispatched either by Swiss Post or by a specialised carrier to the delivery address indicated.
Delivery is free throughout Switzerland for orders of CHF 150 or more. For lower amounts, delivery charges will be invoiced according to the rates in force at the time of the online purchase.
6. Complaints
Goods must be inspected on receipt and any defects reported to the carrier and to our offices. The warranty is limited to the replacement of products recognised as defective.
